6. Cancelling a Booking

If you book a move with us at a distance - by phone, email or through this website - you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work inside those 14 days, you may be asked to pay for what has already been done. The full cancellation terms, including any deposit, are set out in the booking confirmation we send you.

If something goes wrong, contact us first using the details at the end of this page and we will try to put it right. These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
